Return Policy
We sell only new items and warrant them in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.
Return and Exchange of Items in Good Condition:
We understand the need to see and handle an item to determine if it is suitable for you. Therefore, you may return any item to us within 30 days, whether new or used. Shipping and handling charges for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee (minimum $5.00). This fee must be paid with the return; no C.O.D. will be accepted.
Return and Exchange of Items in Poor Condition:
If you receive an item of poor quality, please contact our customer service department within 5 business days of receipt. We will arrange for the return or exchange of the item and cover all related costs.
Exceptions for Returns and Exchanges:
Special orders, closeout items, and spare parts are not eligible for return or exchange.
